It’s important not to starve yourself, but some foods should be avoided altogether. Soy milk and almond milk are viable alternatives to dairy milk and flour tortillas nicely substitute white bread.

You also need to change the way you snack. So many diets fail because you’re expected to eat kale for every meal. However, an occasional snack is alright so long as proper portion control is exercised. Grapes are good substitutes for candy as are strawberries and blueberries. Pink grapefruits are both filling and delicious, plus they provide you with vital vitamin C.

 

The Right Exercises

The best exercise for developing a sexy core are crunches. However, most people do them incorrectly so they don’t get desirable results. You need to lay face up on the floor or a mat with your legs bent at a 90% angle and your feet flat against the ground.

When you raise your torso, keep your back as straight as possible. You should bend at the waist and have a very little curve in your spine. Sit up slowly, and don’t allow your back to completely rest against the floor when you lay back. Right before your shoulders touch the ground, you should begin another crunch. This prevents your abs from fully relaxing, improving the exercise’s effectiveness. After about four or five crunches, you should feel a substantial burn in you midsection. If you don’t you’re probably doing them incorrectly.

 

Buy Something Sexy

Figure out how many inches you want to lose and then buy an outfit for the day you reach your goal. The outfit should be revealing like a halter top for women or a muscle shirt for guys. Your fitness goals should be realistic and you should give yourself enough time to achieve them. Six pounds a week is a good rate, but this number can vary from one person to another.
